  What dont you like about all state? I just switched to Liberty only because they offer seasonal insurance for my bike. Here in Maine we only ride 6 months out of the year.

    They all offer seasonal options, you simply have to call if and when you want to canceal full coverage and switch to fire/theft only. I've done this with every company. They will credit or refund the difference.

    Bikeline was half the price of Progressive in NYC for me.
